10am–12pm, followed by Club Racing from 1pm if you want to stay and watch, or sign up and participate.
Head down and see what BMX racing is all about and there will be qualified coaches and officials on the day to teach the basics of BMX.
You need to bring your bike, wear long pants, long sleeves, gloves and a full face helmet (the club has a few bikes, helmets and gloves that can be shared).
All participants receive a free showbag of products on the day.
